NEW Plant Medicine Seeds – Chamomile

Huna is proud to introduce our new Huna Plant Medicine Seed Collection.  Huna now offers our favourite Medicinal Plants in Seed Packs, so you too can grow your own Medicinal Herb or Pollinator Gardens at home, and harvest your own edible and medicinal plants for teas, cooking, baking, and medicine.

25% of the proceeds from each Huna Seed Pack are donated to Pollinator Partnership Canada, to support the protection of Canada’s Wild Pollinators.  Thank you for joining us in creating healthy habitat for all Pollinator species.

German Chamomile is the delightfully aromatic Chamomile that is consumed as herbal tea.  Chamomile contains an active called Bisabolol, a highly effective skin soothing agent that is clinically proven to reduce collagen degradation, promote new collagen production, visibly calm redness, soothe irritated skin, and help enhance the penetration of other skincare actives.  We love using Chamomile in the Huna Nourish Calm-Moisture range and in our Huna Herbal Bath Soaks.

Matricaria recutita is used in Plant Medicine as stomach ally to ease upset stomach, nausea and indigestion, and and a sedative to relax, calm and soothe the nervous system.  Chamomile flowers and greens are edible and the taste is reminiscent of fresh crisp apples.  Try Chamomile blossoms fresh or dried in herbal teas and baked goods.

Organic-certified.  Herbalist-quality.  Non-GMO.  Open-pollinated.  Heirloom variety.
