Huna Healthy Natural Nail Kit Steps
Follow these easy 3-Steps once weekly for Healthy Natural Nails + Cuticles.
Step 1: File
File nails to desired length using the Mini Emery Board Nail File. If you have significant ridges in your nails or want a high-shine finish, lightly buff the surface of nails using the Nano Glass Nail File, just a few swipes gives nails a high-shine polish. Limit use of the Nano Glass Nail File to once every 2-3 weeks to maintain nail thickness. Apply Huna Nail + Cuticle Oil to cuticles and nail beds and allow it to absorb. After a few minutes, gently rub the oil into the nails and cuticles with your fingertips. Reapply this deeply-nourishing Oil daily for healthy and resilient nails. Apply Huna Nail + Cuticle Crème each night before bed.
Step 2: Buff
Once a week, apply a small amount of Huna Nail Buffing Balm to each fingertip, and use the Vegan Chamois Cloth to massage the nail surface in a circular motion. Wipe away excess Nail Buffing Balm using the Chamois Cloth, and if desired wash hands to fully remove any buffing particles. Gentle buffing of the nail surface supports circulation and nutrients being delivered to the nails from within, while reducing nail ridges. Regular once-weekly buffing will gently, gradually, and safely reduce nail ridges and maintain healthy natural nails.
Step 3: Treat
Apply Huna Nail + Cuticle Crème to each nail, and rub into nail beds and cuticles with fingertips. Allow the Crème to absorb for several minutes. Gently buff the nail surface in a circular motion using the Natural Nail Buffing Ball. Follow this 3-Step routine every week, and apply the Huna Nail + Cuticle Oil daily and the Huna Nail + Cuticle Crème each night, and your nails will be at their healthiest. With continued use, nail ridges will soften and disappear, and the nail surface will transform into a beautiful natural satin patina finish.
Expert Natural Nail Tip: Healthy nails need healthy cuticles and skin surrounding the nail plate. In order for your natural nails to grow to their strongest and longest length potential, the cuticles (proximal fold) and hyponychium (skin growing below your nail) need to be healthy and intact. To manage and care for skin growing above or below your nails, apply nail and cuticle specific moisturizing, healing and nourishing products (like Huna Natural Nail Buffing Balm, Huna Natural Nail + Cuticle Oil, and Huna Natural Nail + Cuticle Crème), and gradually, gently push cuticles back or skin around the nail plate. Never cut, clip, file, or aggressively scrape the precious vital skin above or below your nails, as damaging this skin will impede growth and health of your nail plate.

I finally said enough is enough, and I’ve been proudly Gel, Acrylic, and even Polish-free ever since, and I’ve vowed I’ll never return to synthetic nails. I was inspired by the Japanese Manicure method, and developed this 3-Step program and the Huna Healthy Natural Nail Kit.
