It’s a wonderful clay mask that I apply about once a week. It works great on drawing out blackheads and makes my pores look smaller. It smells wonderful.
This product is great but I’m not too happy about the glass jar in comes in. Please include a scoop of some sort to get the product out without having to turn the jar over in my hand and then wasting a lot of product as it spills easily. I also find it difficult to mix in my hand with running water, so I have to put it in a small bowl and mix with water then use my fingers or a cotton swab to apply.

This product does actually come with its own spatula for easy dispensing, so if you did not receive one- we sincerely apologize…we must have missed adding a spatula with your product. We will also be launching a lovely mixing bowl and brush applicator for our dry-powder masks and cleansers later this year which will make mixing much easier & mess-free! Stay tuned! 🙂

I received this product…but no instructions. Presume it’s a detox for the face…and that you add water…presume it has to be left on for a period of time.

Hi Patricia! Yes our Superfood Detox Mask is a dry-powder, add water formula. The Superfood Detox Mask may be incorporated in your skincare routine as a deep-cleansing treatment mask 1-2x/week, or used daily as a dry-powder/add-water cleanser. It may also be used for a spot treatment- anywhere that needs a targeted deep-cleanse + revitalization boost.
To answer your question on how to use this mask: Using the spatula, remove approximately 1 tsp of the Superfood Mask Powder, and place into a small dish or the palm of your hand. Add 3 tsp water and mix to create a smooth creamy paste. Apply to freshly cleansed damp skin, by massaging in a circular motion for a few minutes- it helps to lift impurities from deep within the pores and boosts circulation. Leave Superfood Detox Mask on for approximately 3-5 minutes, no longer. You will know the Mask is ready to remove once the edges begin to dry. Remove by rinsing thoroughly with warm water. Follow with a hydrating product and seal in moisture while protecting skin with an Antioxidant Complex like our Huna Revitalize Age-Grace Face Serum. Your skin will glow for days!

This is my hands down favourite mask. Pricy, but you can get about six masks out of the jar so it lasts a while. I use it about once a month for a boost and it genuinely makes my skin look great as soon as I wash it off.
